BicepHeart.com provides AI video generation. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the website. For privacy questions, contact support@bicepheart.com; no account is required.
We use information to manage accounts, check and generate media, deliver purchases, maintain task and credit history, provide support, prevent misuse and improve the website.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on contract performance for account, generation and purchase services; legal obligations for required records; and legitimate interests for security and support, subject to your rights. Optional tracking requires consent where applicable.
Authorized staff and providers may access information to operate the service, provide support or investigate misuse. We may also disclose information to meet legal obligations or handle rights complaints.
Photos and videos are private by default and are not automatically published in our public gallery. We reserve the right to delete uploaded photos one month after upload and generated videos one month after generation. This does not mean media is automatically deleted at one month. Please download and save any media you wish to keep before then.
You can delete tasks from My videos or delete your account directly in your profile settings. Resolve active subscriptions and pending payments before deleting your account. Deletion removes access and starts associated media cleanup; it may not cancel processing already sent to a provider.
Order and credit records are retained separately for billing, accounting and disputes. Limited account identifiers and deletion records remain to support these records and prevent deleted work from being restored. Support messages and logs are kept as needed to resolve requests, maintain security and meet legal requirements.
External providers have their own retention policies. Deleting media from our storage does not by itself confirm deletion from a provider's systems. Contact us for help with provider-related deletion requests.
Necessary cookies keep you signed in and support security and preferences. Referral and campaign information may be stored and linked to accounts and purchases.
When enabled, we use Microsoft Clarity, including heatmaps and session replay, to understand website use and improve the service. It collects usage and device information through cookies and similar technologies. Signed-in visits may be linked to an account identifier. Microsoft receives and processes this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Our Clarity configuration disables advertising storage and masks account and upload areas to reduce capture of private content.
You can manage cookies in your browser, which may affect website features. Where consent is required, this policy and browser settings do not replace it.
Our providers may process information outside your country. Contact us for information about processing locations and transfer safeguards.
We protect information through access controls, authenticated media access and protected transmission.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, receive a portable copy of, delete, restrict or object to processing of your information, and complain to your local data protection authority. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

The service is for adults aged 18 or over. Uploads depicting minors are not permitted. Contact us if a child has provided information or appears in uploaded media.
We update the date above when this policy changes and provide further notice where required by law.
