These terms apply to BicepHeart.com, an AI video generation service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. For service, billing, privacy or rights questions, contact support@bicepheart.com.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Upload only material you own or have permission to use, and obtain permission from each person depicted for AI processing and your intended use of the result. Do not upload images of minors.
Do not use the service to create unlawful content, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery; deceive, harass or impersonate others; infringe privacy, likeness or intellectual property rights; or bypass security and usage restrictions. Automated safety checks may reject content but do not replace your responsibility for lawful use.
The service creates AI videos from photos and selected templates. Optional scene or outfit references may be supported. The generator shows the available output settings and credit cost before submission.
Results are synthetic. Appearance, movement and consistency may vary, and a result may contain artifacts. Examples do not guarantee an identical outcome. Review outputs before publishing or otherwise using them, and follow applicable laws and platform rules. Do not present a generated video as authentic footage of an event, and disclose its AI origin where required by law or the platform where you publish it.
Generation does not include a license to commercial music or other third-party material. Service availability, technical failures and content restrictions can affect generation. Once processing has been submitted, deleting a task does not necessarily cancel it or entitle you to a refund.
Prices, currency, included credits, expiry and billing intervals are shown on the pricing and checkout screens. One-time credit packs do not automatically renew. New purchased pack credits are valid for 366 days from availability; existing batches retain their original expiry dates.
Where offered, subscriptions renew at the displayed billing interval until canceled. The checkout identifies the recurring amount and interval. Manage cancellation in Billing before the next renewal. Cancellation normally stops future renewals while keeping benefits until the end of the paid period, subject to the credit expiry shown for your plan. Canceling a subscription is different from deleting your account. Plan changes take effect as described in the confirmation shown before you approve them.
Credit expiry may differ between packs, subscriptions and promotional grants. Credits are for using this service and are not a cash balance. The required credits are deducted when a generation task is accepted by the application and returned for confirmed generation failures. An unconfirmed submission may remain under review to avoid duplicate processing and charges.
A generation-credit return restores service credits; it is not a refund of a payment. Contact support@bicepheart.com with your order or task ID for failed delivery, duplicate or unauthorized charges, or other billing problems. Do not include full payment details.
We review refund requests based on the purchase, delivery, usage and applicable law. Artistic preferences alone do not automatically qualify a technically completed result for a refund.
You retain your rights in uploaded material. You permit us and the processing services we use to host, copy, adapt, check and process that material as needed to provide the service, deliver results and address support or safety issues. This permission does not transfer ownership of your uploads to us or grant us a right to use them in public marketing without separate permission.
Your account media is private by default and is not automatically added to the public gallery. We reserve the right to delete uploaded photos one month after upload and generated videos one month after generation. This does not mean media is automatically deleted at one month. Please download and save any media you wish to keep before then. You can delete tasks and delete your account directly in your profile settings; storage cleanup, separately retained records and external-service retention are explained in the Privacy Policy. Address active subscriptions and pending billing operations before closing your account.
AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection. No exclusive ownership or clearance of third-party rights is guaranteed. You are responsible for the rights needed for your intended use, including commercial use, music, likenesses and trademarks.
To report unauthorized use of a likeness, copyright infringement or other unlawful content, email support@bicepheart.com with the relevant page or task reference, a description of your concern and a way to contact you. You do not need an account to report a concern. Provide only information necessary for us to investigate.
We may restrict accounts or content to address misuse, legal requirements, security risks or service failures. We may change or temporarily stop features for maintenance or availability reasons and provide notice where reasonably practicable or required by law. Changes do not remove rights attached to purchases already made.
References to third-party platforms, creators or brands do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. Processing, storage, sign-in and payment functions depend on external services. Their involvement is described in the Privacy Policy or the relevant transaction flow.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular creative outcome, acceptance by third-party platforms, audience reach or commercial returns. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or other mandatory consumer protections. Mandatory protections available in your place of residence continue to apply.
The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be notified where required by law and apply prospectively; they do not retrospectively remove mandatory rights or agreed purchase terms.
BicepHeart.com administers these terms and provides explanations of their application. Applicable law and binding decisions of competent courts take precedence. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply where they can lawfully do so.
