Account and video support

If you need help signing in, uploading a photo, generating a video or downloading a result, describe what happened and what you expected. Include the page address and any error message. If you have a task identifier, include it so we can locate the relevant task.

Signed-in users can also open a support ticket from Support. You can find your generated videos in My videos.

Purchases and credits

For a purchase, payment or credit question, include the order identifier and the email used for your account. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full card details or payment provider credentials. Review the credit packs and Terms of Service for the published purchase terms.

Privacy and content concerns

Use the same support email for privacy questions, account or media deletion assistance, and reports of unauthorized use of a photo or video. Describe the concern and include the relevant page or task identifier. Avoid attaching private photos unless they are needed to explain your request. We may need to verify ownership before discussing an account or taking action.
